Here is a healthy alternative pancake recipe that is quick easy and tastes delicious. 

All you need is 2 eggs and 1 banana. 

  1. Mash up the banana in a bowl. 
  2. Whisk up the 2 eggs in a separate bowl and once whisked add to the mashed banana. 
  3. Mix both ingredients together and pour onto the frying pan. 
  4. Cook until golden brown and then enjoy!
